Mothers for Clean Air Colorado

Mission:   To ensure healthy air quality for Colorado
children

Mothers for Clean Air Colorado advocates to safeguard our
children from the serious health threats caused by air pollution.
Our desire is to team with legislators, county school boards,
CDOT, Health Departments, the medical community, parents,
and others to eliminate the health threats to children from air
pollution

Our immediate goal is to promote Colorado House Bill 1293
(Hazards near Schools).

Contact your representatives and voice your
support of HB1293.

The vote on this important bill will occur
Thursday, April 12th, 2007 @ 7:30 am.

House Appropriations Committee, State Capitol

Tell them to vote “YES” on HB 1293
“YES” for children’s health

The latest research links highway pollution with impaired
childhood lung development, increased asthma incidence and
more frequent and more severe asthma attacks in children. This
scientific evidence is not being given proper attention by our
State government and County school boards.

Mothers for Clean Air Colorado is a grass-roots effort by parents
who are seeking answers and solutions to air pollution risks to
our children
